Our prices are indicated in Japanese yen only. Please let us know if you want to know the approximate price in your country's currency.

We ship overseas via DHL or EMS. We charge a price including tax, shipping, and handling charges ( 1,500 yen ). If you'd like to insure your purchase against damage, please let us know*—the weight of parcels determines shipping costs.

*If EMS mail is damaged or partly missing during delivery, you will be paid a maximum of 2 million yen for the loss.

If the EMS item is worth more than 20,000 yen, please indicate the premium from the table below that corresponds to the value of your EMS article on the required form. In such cases, you need an additional fee.

If a package is damaged during the shipping, or the item is wrong or defective, you may return it for a refund. For all refunds, notification by email is required within three days from receipt of the shipment. Please send us the message including your name, address, the item's name, and the reason for return. If you return it without notification, we might not accept it. Therefore don't hesitate to get in touch with us before returning it.
