<Wood Engraving>
The motif comes from a garden in a nearby house, featuring a potted plant and a decorative object. Both are mass-produced items commonly seen, but the pot placed along the street reflects the homeowner's spirit of wanting to entertain passersby. I would be happy if viewers could share in that slightly startling yet lucky feeling, like the moment when your eyes meet the squirrel at the base of the plant.

These works are for kindred spirits—those who believe with unshakable passion that the strongest force in the world is Love. A love that inspires and uplifts, that radiates kindness and reaches beyond boundaries. Together, united as one, we create a shared heartbeat, one Heart.

This piece is part of the "Bogu-tu" (Antique Objects) series and is themed around an airplane cabin. Created during the COVID-19 pandemic, it features a small vaccine vial rolling in the background. The work juxtaposes in-flight meals with auspicious motifs, blending the mundane and the symbolic.
Yoko Tezuka
<Japanese Painting>
Nice to meet you, my name is Yoko Tezuka.
For this work, I aimed to depict the image of finding happiness in the little things around us. I would be delighted if you could add your own colors to this piece.
(There are some wrinkles on the message card, but since I used the same handmade paper for the card’s edges as for the artwork, please enjoy the texture of the material.)

<Embroidery>
I created this work with the intention of it being a "modern talisman." However, unlike traditional talismans that protect from evil, this one serves as a mirror reflecting the heart. It is a declaration to the wise and cunning fox, often said to test people:
"Today, I am living truthfully to myself."
